Katie - CEO
Head Mama of One Crafty Crew! Responsible for organizing all the creative ideas that come from our family brainstorming sessions. Everyone participates and there are no ideas left out. Katie is the fairness referee for these three strong, independent little girls who love helping with all aspects of the business operations from start to finish. She is the educator of entrepreneurship to the children, teaching and showing them how to turn their ideas into a product by creating a plan of action, conducting fun market research, breaking down material costs, talking about the importance of organizational skills, and basic knowledge of money, saving, and reinvesting in the business...all while keeping it fun! Our kids watch us daily run our family business and are constantly talking about having their own business one day. They had an idea...and here we are!
Sophia - Chief Design Officer
She is our crafty, ballet loving, super artistic girlie-girl. She loves being hands on in all aspects of the business from designing the logo to brainstorming fun ways to create bright, colorful products kids will love. She has so many good ideas and is a great little communicator. She is focused, creative, and so excited to turn her ideas into products for her first business venture. This girl amazes us and has a heart of gold.
Adeline - Head of Crayon Preparation
She is our crafty, roller-blade loving, super helper. She is the first to raise her hand to help with any part of the business from prepping the crayons to breaking and sorting colors, to carefully removing the final product from the molds. She is little miss independent and loves testing out the new products to ensure the crayons not only look bright and beautiful but are fun to color with.
Isabella - Chief Crayon Officer
She is our crafty, fun-loving, independent, silly 3-year old. She loves being hands-on just like her sisters and she is great at any new task thrown her way. She is a little smarty pants who isn't afraid to speak up if her sisters aren't letting her take a turn making some crayons or popping them out after they have set. She loves helping with every step of the personalized crayon making process from prep work and color combining to careful removal of the finished products for packaging. She might be small but her personality is mighty!

We don't want our crayons to just look bright and beautiful, we want our customers to love coloring with them. Have you ever taken your kids to a restaurant that hands out a three pack of crayons with the kid menus just to find out they are made of more wax than color pigment and the color is barely visible? It's the worst! When kids are happy, parents are happy. We believe you get what you pay for and we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to creating our crayons. We put a lot of thought, care, love, and hours of hard but fun work to bring you amazing crayons that won't disappoint. Our crayon creation process maintains the bold, vibrant, and fun colors. All the crayons we use are Made in the USA using 100% renewable energy.
